Dr Laura Falvey
Dr. Laura Falvey is the Executive Clinical Director at Reset Health, leading Roczen, a digital weight management service that integrates into NHS pathways. She oversees the multidisciplinary clinical service, ensuring high standards of clinical governance and patient-centred care, and the executive functions of clinical product development and commercial stakeholder engagement.
Laura has led Roczen to achieve key milestones, including NICE-recommendation in draft guidance, NHS partnerships, regulatory accreditations and impactful collaborations with international public and private healthcare organisations such as Affidea. She is actively involved in digital health research, including an NIHR-funded study across South London (RENEW), and is committed to advancing high-quality, clinically governed digital weight management services that support the NHS in delivering sustainable, scalable, and effective care. Laura is an advocate for patients living with obesity, promoting co-development and patient engagement throughout service design.
Laura trained at Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Medical School at King's and, prior to joining Reset Health, worked across the NHS in a variety of medical, surgical, and primary care settings.
