Dr Hilda Mulrooney is a nutritionist and dietitian with experience in primary & secondary care, public health and higher education.
She currently holds a position as Reader in Nutrition and Health at London Metropolitan University and is a Visiting Senior Fellow at Kingston University. She is a committee member of the Obesity Specialist Group of the British Dietetic Association and the European Specialist Dietitians Network (Obesity) of EFAD. Her research interests include obesity, community food support, food insecurity, sustainability, behaviour change and community resilience.
